In this example the design was already started and Bloom came in and fixed some issues with material and color choices.

Kitchen flip where cabinets and counters were original. Flooring, cabinet painting, backsplash, wall color were all updated to take this kitchen from the 90’s to today within a very tight budget

Design Choices

We work with investors to make the best design choices on their budget. We provide the following design deliverables to provide you with the best options…

Look Books: These provide a visual style guide of tile, furniture and color choices and allow us to hone in on the style you are trying to accomplish
3D Drawings: We can provide design drawings to see how furniture, cabinets, appliances and structural changes impact your layout in 3D.
Design BOM: This is a design bill of materials with everything needed for the project, where to purchase it and the cost. This can be provided to your contractor or can be used by yourself to procure everything you need for the project.

Design FOLLOW THROUGH

Have you ever picked out the right tile and it was not installed as expected? Bloom follows through on the implementation of the design and can work with installers and contractors to ensure the design is followed through on.

Bloom also has it’s own recommended contractors for counter-tops, flooring/tiling, cleaning, etc.
